Because these steel buildings are in the yard and ready to be delivered, the plant Manager has allowed us to sell these buildings at a price that is substantially less than the balance owed. These all steel metal buildings will meet most codes in Texas, Kentucky and Tennessee: IBC2006, 95 mph wind, 5 lb ground snow and 3 psf collateral.

We have recently had 5 pre-engineered steel buildings cancelled by a customer in the San Antonio area who was unable to get financing. Because these steel buildings are in the yard and ready to be delivered, our plant Manager has allowed us to sell these preengineered all steel metal buildings at a price that is substantially less than the balance owed.
These metal I-beam steel buildings will meet most codes in Texas: IBC2006, 95 mph wind, 5 lb ground snow and 3 psf collateral. If you can put 25% down and pay the balance upon delivery, call now.
The buildings are being sold on a first come first serve basis and we are extending this offer only until December 30th so that we can close our books for the year.
